📜 Refund Policy – Mystical Fiction Ltd

At Mystical Fiction Ltd, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Below you will find our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Physical products (books, editions)

You have the right to cancel an order for a standard book (paperback/hardcover) within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

2. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Signed books or other personalized products

Digital downloads (such as free chapters or paid e-books), once the download has started and you have agreed in advance to immediate delivery

Supporter tiers and donations – these are creative contributions, not purchases. Refunds are only possible in cases of erroneous duplicate charges or technical issues.

3. Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please report this within 7 days of receipt via support@mysticalfiction.com. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. How to request a return

Please send an email to support@mysticalfiction.com including:

Your order number

The product(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional)

You will receive return instructions and the return address from us.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
